Vampire Doughnuts

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg
- 2 Tbsp salted butter
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- candy eyes
- black icing
- gummy fangs
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a doughnut pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda.
In a small bowl, beat together the egg and butter. Add in the yogurt, milk and vanilla, and mix until smooth.
Add in the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into a large ziplock bag and cut off one of the edges. Pipe the batter into the prepared doughnut pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 9-10 minutes, or until a toothpick
Use the black icing as glue for the eyes and place two on the doughnut. Place two gummy fangs in the doughnut hole. Use black icing for hair.
