Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a microwave safe bowl, melt the white chocolate and 3 teaspoon coconut oil in 30 second intervals, mixing until smooth. Spread over the prepared baking sheet with a rubber spatula.
Sprinkle with pretzels, m&ms and sprinkles.
In a small microwave safe bowl, melt the red melting chocolate and 1 teaspoon coconut oil in 30 second intervals, mixing until smooth. Drizzle on top of the chocolate bark.
