Slice the green onions and separate the green and white portions Set aside.
In a large saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add in the diced chicken and stir until the chicken browns, around 4 minutes.
Mix in the white portions of the green onion, ginger and red pepper flakes.
Add in the rice, soy sauce and water. Stir and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, reduce to a simmer. Cover and cook for around 10 minutes.
Uncover pot and add in ⅓ cup of teriyaki sauce and broccoli. Cover, and cook until the broccoli is tender and water is fully absorbed, around 6 minutes.
Divide into bowls and garnish with green onions, sesame seeds and remaining teriyaki sauce.
