Heat the milk in a small saucepan. Add in the oats, white chocolate and chia seeds. Bring to a boil, and reduce the heat. Allow to simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In a blender or a food processor, blend the strawberries until smooth. Mix into the oatmeal.
Remove oatmeal from heat. Stir in the vanilla extract. Pour into a bowl and top with additional strawberries and white chocolate chips, if desired.
Notes
You can replace the strawberries with any other kind of berry.
