- 1 oz freeze dried strawberries
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 4 cups rice Chex cereal
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
Place the freeze dried strawberries in a food processor. Pulse until it becomes a fine powder. Set aside.
In a large microwave safe bowl, microwave the white chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30 second intervals, mixing until smooth.
Pour the Chex cereal over the melted chocolate and mix carefully until the cereal is coated in chocolate.
Place the powdered sugar and the strawberry powder in a large ziplock bag. Add in the cereal mixture and close the bag. Shake the bag until the cereal is fully coated.
Pour the Chex cereal mixture on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and refrigerate for around 10 minutes.
