In a medium bowl, mix together the milk, egg and butter.
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mixing until smooth.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Scoop ¼ cup of the batter for each pancake. Flip once bubbles start appearing on the surface of the pancake then remove from heat after around 1-2 minutes.
