Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with with aluminium foil. Line with a single layer of saltine crackers. Set aside.
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar. Bring to a boil, and allow to boil for around 3 minutes. Pour over the crackers, and spread over until crackers are completely covered.
Place in the preheated oven for 5 minutes. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the crackers, then allow to sit for 5-8 minutes. Spread the chocolate over the crackers, then top with the sprinkles.
