St Patrick's Day Ice Cream Cake
Easy St Patrick's Day Ice Cream Cake recipe. Made with prepared ice cream, weetabix and mint m&ms, this makes a great last minute dessert idea.

Ingredients

chocolate chips

teaspoon
coconut oil

Weetabix,
crushed
5
cups
vanilla ice cream,
melted
green and white m&ms
green sprinkles
Instructions
In a microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate and coconut oil in 30 second intervals int he microwave, mixing until smooth.
Add in the crushed Weetabix and mix until fully combined. Press into a greased pie pan.
Once hardened, pack the vanilla ice cream in the pan. Decorate with the m
&ms and sprinkles, then place in the freezer to harden.
