Line an 8×8 baking pan with aluminium foil or parchment paper. Set aside.
In a medium saucepan, heat the peanut butter, sugar and corn syrup on low heat until melted. Stir in the Corn Flakes.
Press the Corn Flake mixture into the prepared baking pan. Allow to cool.
Place the Skor chips and the butter in a small saucepan, and heat until melted. There will be some liquid that separates when it is fully melted. Drain the liquid so you only have a thick, Skor mixture.
Spread the Skor mixture over the Corn Flake mixture, and allow to cool. When cool, cut into squares.
