Salsa Bread
Easy Salsa Bread recipe. This simple quick bread is made with less than 10 ingredients, and pairs perfectly with soups or chili.

sour cream

baking powder

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the salsa, cumin, sour cream, avocado oil and eggs.
In a seperate bowl, mix together the sugar, flour, baking powder and salt. Slowly add to the wet ingredients and mix until fully combined.
Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Allow the bread to cool completely in the pan before removing and cutting.
Notes
I like to use avocado oil, but any neutral oil works in this recipe.
