Ingredients

salmon fillets

sesame oil

mayonnaise

prepared wasabi

sesame seeds
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425˚F. Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet. Drizzle with sesame oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until salmon easily flakes with a fork.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and the wasabi until fully combined.
Once salmon is done, top with wasabi mayo and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Notes
Add more or less wasabi depending on how spicy you want this salmon.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
