Roasted Turmeric Cauliflower
Easy Roasted Turmeric Cauliflower recipe. This super simple gluten free side dish is the a great spicy way to eat your vegetables.

- 1 head cauliflower, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
Preheat the oven to 425˚F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients until the cauliflower is fully coated.
Spread the cauliflower over the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for around 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
Turn off the oven and leave the cauliflower in the hot oven for an additional 5 minutes.
