Easy Pina Colada Oatmeal recipe made with fresh or frozen pineapple. This is the perfect breakfast idea to make you feel like you are on holiday.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp coconut chips

Instructions

  • Heat the coconut milk in a small saucepan. Add in the oats, pineapple and chia seeds. Bring to a boil, and reduce the heat. Allow to simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 
  • Pour into a bowl and top with coconut chips.
