Ingredients

coconut milk
1/2
cup
old fashioned oats

frozen pineapple chunks

Tbsp
chia seeds

Tbsp
coconut chips
Instructions
Heat the coconut milk in a small saucepan. Add in the oats, pineapple and chia seeds. Bring to a boil, and reduce the heat. Allow to simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour into a bowl and top with coconut chips.
