Ingredients

all-purpose flour

baking powder

baking soda

salted butter,
softened
½
cup
granulated sugar
½
cup
brown sugar

pear,
cored and cubed
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375℉. Line a muffin pan with paper liners and set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Mix in the eggs and vanilla until fully combined.
Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined. Fold in the pear.
Divide the batter evenly into the prepared muffin pan and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Allow to cool for around 5 minutes in the pan before transfering to wire racks to cool completely.
