Nutella Cups

Peanut Butter Swirl

  • 2 Tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • 1/2 Tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  • Line a mini muffin pan with paper liners. Set aside.
  • In a medium microwave safe bowl, microwave the Nutella cup ingredients in 30 second intervals, mixing until smooth.
  • Divide the Nutella mixture evenly into the prepared muffin pan.
  • In a small microwave safe bowl, microwave the peanut butter swirl ingredients in 30 second intervals, mixing until smooth.
  • Add dollops of the peanut butter mixture on top of the Nutella cups. Using a toothpick, swirl the peanut butter into the Nutella cups.
  • Place in the freezer until hardened. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge or freezer.
