Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 scoops mocha protein powder
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients until fully combined.
  • Using a cookie scoop, scoop the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Press down using a fork.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then allow to cool for an additional 10 minutes on the baking sheet. Transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
