Peanut Butter Mocha Oatmeal

Peanut Butter Mocha Oatmeal made with strong coffee is perfect for breakfast. One of my favourite oatmeal recipes.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 1/3 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 tsp chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp cacao nibs
  • 1 tsp peanuts

Instructions

  • Heat the coffee and milk in a small saucepan. Add in the oats and honey. Bring to a boil, and reduce the heat. Allow to simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Mix in the cocoa powder.
  • Pour into a bowl, and top with the peanut butter, chocolate chips, cacao nibs and peanuts.
