coconut oil
Instructions
Cut the dates lengthwise and remove the pit. Make sure you do not cut all the way through.
Fill each date with 1 teaspoon of peanut butter.
In a small microwave safe bowl, microwave the chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30 second intervals, mixing until smooth.
Dip the dates in the chocolate, or drizzle the chocolate on top of the dates.
Refrigerate until the chocolate has hardened.
