Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350℉. Lightly spray a 9x9 inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the oats, eggs, milk, peanut butter, sugar, vanilla and baking powder. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and top with additional chocolate chips.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes. Allow to cool for around 10 minutes before serving.
