Peach Coffee Cake
Deliciously moist peach coffee cake recipe. Perfect with a cup of tea or coffee!

Ingredients
Cake
- ½ cup salted butter, softened
- 1 ½ cups brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 4 cups peaches, diced
Topping
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoon salted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a 9×13 inch baking pan and set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat together the ½ cup butter and 1 ½ cups sugar until light and fluffy. Add in the eggs, sour cream and vanilla, and beat until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the 2 cups flour, 1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Slowly mix into the wet ingredients until fully incorporated. Fold in the peaches.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
- In a small bowl, mix together all of the topping ingredients. Sprinkle on top of the cake batter.
- Place the cake in the preheated oven, and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
