Ingredients

salted butter,
softened

brown sugar,

granulated sugar

vanilla extract

baking soda

chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Line an 8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.In
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla.
In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda and oats.
Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips.
Spread the batter onto the prepared pan and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the center doesn't jiggle when you shake the pan.
Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
