Nutella Banana Crepes

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
In a large bowl, mix together all of the crepe ingredients until fully combined.
Spray a large skillet with cooking spray. When the skillet is hot, scoop 1/3 cup of batter onto the pan, and roll the pan around until the batter has coated the pan. Flip the crepe after 2 minutes and cook until the other side is light brown. Remove and repeat with the other crepes.
Spread the Nutella over each crepe. Arrange the sliced bananas in the middle third of the crepe. Fold the ends over top. Top with additional banana slices and Nutella.
