Line an 8x8 square pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix together the oat layer ingredients until fully combined. Pour half of the oat mixture into the prepared pan.
Place the fudge layer ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute, stopping to mix after 30 seconds.
Pour the chocolate mixture on top of the oat mixture. Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture on top of the chocolate layer and press down with the back of a spoon.
Place the mixture in the fridge to harden for around 4 hours, then cut into squares.
