Ingredients

  • 2 cups oat milk
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 scoop unflavored protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 Tbsp instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3-4 biscoff cookies

Instructions

  • In the Ninja Creami pint, mix together the milk, pumpkin puree, protein powder, pumpkin pie spice and pudding mix using a handheld milk frother. Cover and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  • Place the frozen pint in the Ninja Creami and set to lite ice cream. If it is powdery, add a splash of oat milk and set to respin.
  • Make a hole in the center and place the Biscoff cookies in the hole. Set the Ninja Creami to mix-ins.
