Ninja Creami Mint Oreo Ice Cream
Ninja Creami Mint Oreo Ice Cream is made in your Ninja Creami ice cream maker, making it an easy way to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1 cup whole milk
- ¾ cup half & half
- 8-10 drops green food coloring
- 3-4 mint Oreos
Instructions
- Add the cream cheese to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 10 seconds.
- Using a rubber spatula, mix in the sugar and mint extract until a paste is formed.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the milk and half & half. Slowly pour the cream mixture into the cream cheese mixture (a couple of Tablespoons at a time), mixing until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add in the green food coloring until you obtain your desired color.
- Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint. Freeze for at least 24 hours.
- Place the frozen pint into your Ninja Creami and set to Ice Cream. If it is crumbly after spinning, set to Re-spin.
- Add in the Oreos and set the Ninja Creami to Mix-ins. Scoop into bowls and enjoy!
