In a medium microwave safe bowl, microwave the cream cheese for 15 seconds, or until melted.
Mix in the sugar until it forms a paste.
In a separate bowl, mix together the heavy cream, milk and vanilla extract.
Slowly (1 tablespoon at a time) mix in the cream mixture into the sugar mixture until the sugar has dissolved. Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami pint and freeze for at least 24 hours.
Place the frozen pint in the Ninja Creami and set to ice cream. If it is crumbly after one spin, set it to respin.
Make a hole in the center and add the cookies. Set the Ninja Creami to mix-ins.
