Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  • In the Ninja Creami pint, mix together the half and half, milk, sugar and cherry pie filling until fully combined. Cover and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  • Line a plate with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • In a small microwave safe bowl, microwave the chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30 second intervals, mixing until smooth.
  • Pour the melted chocolate onto the parchment paper lined plate and spread it evenly into a thin layer. Place in the freezer until ready to use.
  • Place the frozen pint container into the Ninja Creami and set it to Ice Cream. If it is powdery, set to Re-Spin.
  • Make a well in the center of the ice cream that extends to the bottom of the pint. Break up the frozen chocolate and place it in the well.
  • Place the container into the Ninja Creami and set to Mix-Ins.
