Ingredients

cup
cold brew concentrate
1/2
cup
water
ice

fresh
mint leaves,
torn

coconut cream
fresh
mint leaves
to garnish
Instructions
In a cocktail shaker (or mason jar) combine the cold brew, water and mint leaves. Muddle the mint leaves.
Add the coconut cream and ice. Cover and shake until combined and drink is chilled.
Strain into a glass or mason jar filled with ice and garnish with fresh mint.
Notes
For the coconut cream, I used canned sweetened coconut cream. You can use unsweetened if you wanted a unsweetened version of this drink
