Line a mini muffin pan with paper liners. Set aside.
In a large microwave safe bowl, microwave the Nutella and coconut oil in 30 second intervals, mixing until smooth.
Mix around 2/3 of the crushed Oreos into the Nutella mixture. Divide evenly into the prepared muffin pan.
Top the cups with the remaining crushed Oreos and place in the freezer until hardened.
