Matcha Muffins

Ingredients

granulated sugar

oil

milk

all-purpose flour

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
baking powder

tablespoon
matcha powder
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a muffin pan with paper liners and set aside.
In a medium bowl, cream together the sugar and egg. Add in the oil and milk, and mix until fully incorporated.
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, salt, baking powder and matcha powder. Mix the flour mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
Scoop into the prepared muffin pan and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
