This Matcha Latte Oatmeal is so easy to make, it makes a great filling breakfast. You can now get your green tea and meal all in one place! Can be made vegan.
Heat the milk in a small saucepan. Mix in the oats, matcha and maple syrup. Bring to a boil, and reduce the heat. Allow to simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour into a bowl and top with Greek yogurt. Sprinkle with matcha powder and cacao nibs
