Maple Oatmeal Banana Bread

Ingredients

all-purpose flour

cup
maple and brown sugar instant oatmeal

teaspoon
baking soda
⅓
cup
granulated sugar
⅓
cup
brown sugar
½
cup
salted butter,
softened

eggs

medium
ripe bananas,
mashed
1
teaspoon
maple syrup
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350˚F.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, oatmeal and baking soda.
In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, banana and maple syrup.
Slowly mix in the flour mixture to the wet ingredients until fully incorporated.
Pour the batter into a lightly sprayed loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool on wire rack.
