Mango Coconut Kefir Oatmeal

mango coconut kefir
1/2
cup
old fashioned oats
2
tsp
goji berries
2
tsp
coconut flakes
2
tsp
granola
Instructions
In a small saucepan, heat the kefir on medium heat. Add in the oats, and mix until bubbling. Reduce heat and allow to thicken, around 3-5 minutes.
Remove from heat and pour into a bowl. Top with the goji berries, coconut flakes and granola.
Notes
Can top with anything really. Some might think I am weird for putting granola on top of oatmeal, but it is so good!
