- 2 cups mango, chopped into cubes
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
In a blender, pulse the mango and lime juice until smooth.
Transfer to an airtight container and mix in the chia seeds. Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour to allow the chia seeds to thicken.
