Set a large pot of salty water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, cook the garlic in the oil until the garlic is golden and fragrant.
Remove from heat, and mix in the lemon juice and pepper.
Toss the lemon mixture with the cooked spaghetti. Add in the Parmesan cheese, and mix in until fully combined. Serve immediately.
