6
cups
leftover doughnuts,
cut into 1 inch chunks
3
tablespoon
salted butter,
melted
4
large
eggs
2
cups
milk
½
cup
granulated sugar
1
teaspoon
ground cinnamon
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Lightly spray an 8x8 square baking pan with cooking spray. Add in the doughnut chunks. Pour the melted butter on top and mix to combine.
In a medium bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla.
Pour the milk mixture over the doughnuts. Allow to sit for around 5 minutes so that the doughnuts absorb the liquid.
Cover the baking pan with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and return to the oven for an additional 25 minutes.
