Wash and scrub the potatoes. Poke each potato with a knife 4-5 times.
Add 1 cup of water to the instant pot. Place the steamer rack on top, then add in the potatoes.
Close the lid, and seal the valve. Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
You can wait for natural release, or manually release the pressure.
Remove the potatoes from the instant pot and serve with desired toppings.
