Preheat the oven to 425˚F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminium foil. Place the salmon on top and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix together the honey and mustard. Squeeze 1/2 of the lemon into the bowl, and mix well.
Spread the mixture over the salmon. Season with desired amount of salt and pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through.
