Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp stevia
  • 2-3 drops mint extract
  • 1-2 Tbsp chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Heat the milk and water in a small saucepan over medium heat until the milk begins to simmer. 
  • Add in the oats and bring to a boil. Mix in the chia seeds, cocoa powder and stevia. Reduce the heat and allow to simmer for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring continuously until thickened.
  • Remove from heat and mix in the mint extract. Pour into a bowl and top with chocolate chips.
