Add the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwavable safe bowl.
Microwave in 30 second intervals, mixing until smooth.
Meanwhile, line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Dip the pretzels in the chocolate and place on the prepared baking sheet.. Top with 2 candy eyeballs. Repeat until you use up the chocolate and place in the freezer until the chocolate has hardened. Store in an airtight container.
