This Fruit, Figs and Peanut Butter Coffee Oatmeal recipe is the perfect way to get in your caffeine in the morning. The frozen berries, chia seeds and figs come together perfectly in this easy breakfast bowl.
Heat the coffee and milk in a small saucepan. Add in the oats and maple syrup. Bring to a boil, and reduce the heat. Allow to simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour into a bowl, and top with the berries, chia seeds, dried figs and peanut butter.
