Ingredients

cup
all-purpose flour

tablespoon
unsweetened cocoa powder
¼
teaspoon
baking powder

tablespoon
granulated sugar
⅛
teaspoon
salt

tablespoon
milk

tablespoon
oil
Instructions
In a microwave safe mug, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, sugar and salt.
Add in the milk and oil, and whisk together until fully incorporated.
Microwave for 70 seconds, and see if it’s done. If not, continue to microwave in thirty second intervals.
Notes
I use avocado oil, but any neutral oil works well in this recipe.
