Easter Bark
Easy Easter Bark recipe. This simple dessert idea is an easy way to make a last minute sweet treat using your favorite Easter candies.

Ingredients
- 12 oz chocolate chips
- 8 oz white chocolate chips
- 1 ½ tablespoon coconut oil, divided
- ⅓ cup pretzels
- ¾ cup mini eggs
Instructions
- In a microwave safe bowl, microwave the chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon coconut oil in 30 second intervals, mixing until smooth.
- Spread ¾ of the melted chocolate over the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small microwave safe bowl, microwave the white chocolate chips and ½ tablespoon coconut oil in 30 second intervals, mixing until smooth.
- Dollop the melted white chocolate over the melted chocolate. Dollop the remainder of the semi-sweet chocolate on top.
- Sprinkle the pretzels and mini eggs on top of the chocolate. Place in the fridge to harden.
- Once the chocolate is hardened, cut the bark into pieces.
