In a medium saucepan, heat 2 Tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Once the butter is melted, pour in the corn kernels. Cover and cook until the popcorn is all popped, shaking the saucepan frequently.
In a small microwave safe bowl, melt the remaining butter. Drizzle on top of the popcorn.
In a small bowl, combine the dill, garlic powder, mustard and salt. Sprinkle over the popcorn and toss to coat.
