Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or wax paper. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix together the pretzel pieces, peanut butter, brown sugar and powdered sugar until fully combined.
Using a medium cookie scoop, form the mixture into balls and place on the prepared cookie sheet. Place in the refrigerator.
Place the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second intervals, mixing until smooth.
Remove the pretzel balls from the fridge and dip them into the melted chocolate mixture. Roll them around to coat, then return to the cookie sheet. Sprinkle any leftover pretzel pieces on top. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
