Ingredients

all-purpose flour

teaspoon
baking powder

teaspoon
salt
¼
cup
Rice Krispies cereal
½
cup
unsalted butter,
softened

oz
cream cheese,
softened
1
cup
granulated sugar

mini
crunch bars,
cut in half
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line with parchment paper and set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt and Rice Krispies.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together the butter, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy.
Slowly mix in the flour mixture until fully combined.
Using a medium cookie scoop, scoop the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
Press the cookies down using the back of a measuring cup. Press in ½ of a mini crunch bar on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 8 minutes. Allow to cool completely on the baking sheet.
