Whisk together the milk, flour, yeast and sugar. Once combined, add half the water and beat it into the batter, slowly adding the remaining water until the batter is smooth and thick. Cover with cling film and leave it in a warm area for 1-2 hours.
Whisk in the salt and baking powder and heat a large skillet over medium heat, and spray with cooking spray.
With an ice cream scoop, scoop the batter onto the prepared pan and flip when bubbles are covering the surface. Cook the other side for around 2-3 minutes.
