baking soda

dried cranberries

semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325˚F.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat together the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in the eggs one at a time until fully combined.
In a separate bowl, mix together the oats, flour, baking soda and salt.
Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until fully incorporated.
Fold in the cranberries and chocolate chips.
Using a medium cookie scoop, scoop the dough onto a greased cookies sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let sit on the cookie sheet for around 2 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
