Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Lightly spray a 9 inch square baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition. Mix in the vanilla.
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, cinnamon, salt and baking soda.
Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, oats, coconut and pecans until combined. Spread evenly onto the prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the sides are lightly brown. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
