Ingredients

cup
strong brewed coffee
⅓
cup
milk
of choice
½
cup
rolled oats
2
teaspoon
maple syrup
2
tablespoon
natural peanut butter
1
teaspoon
chia seeds
2-3
medium
dried figs,
chopped
Instructions
Heat the coffee and milk in a small saucepan. Add in the oats and maple syrup. Bring to a boil, and reduce the heat. Allow to simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour into a bowl, and top with the peanut butter, chia seeds and dried figs.
